I wrote out my second deposit check last week. Yesterday I got word that the seller would like to change the closing date to January 29th; would I be willing? YES! To think that in just a few weeks I will be painting and furnishing my own place! Unreal!
Hopefully all goes well.

COOL! I just wish I were there, put a bid in for a 410,000 dollar 1006 sq ft. townhome here in Kalifornia.... Someone please shoot me....:]
