Really liked the house yesterday. Submitted a bid today. My fingers are crossed that it will be accepted. Of course I am terribly nervous either way. If it is accepted, am I making the right decision? Am I in over my head? If it is not accepted, will I ever find another house that will compare? No wonder I have such a headache!

Good luck, I'm sure everything will work out. Your realitor is there to sell you a home and work for you. I'm sure she/he won't lead you astray. Anyways good luck, where do we send the house warming gift?
