Opening scene from Run For Your Life:
The doc tells Ben Gazzara he has 9 to 18 months to live. Ben replies “The first doctor gave me 1 to
2 years”.

As it turns out, NBC executives extended Ben’s life to three years: from 1965 to 1968. That LOOKS like health care you can believe in until you realize that Conan O’Brien’s life was shortened from 15 years to 7 months.
