The story is about a stroke victim who experiences a rare condition known as Locked In Syndrome in which he can only communicate by blinking his eyes. Certainly one of the finest foreign movies I've ever seen, overflowing with pathos (you are the EXPERT on cinema, especially of the non-American variety, so your opinion is most welcome.
