I picked apples today! Went to a farm in New Jersey and picked a basket of beautiful apples! The weather was perfect and the trees were loaded with fruit. I had a blast! I plan on making the Jewish Apple Coffee Cake and an apple pie. YUMMY!

This evening I made the worst dinner ever! I steamed cod and veggies and I made coconut rice. Nothing came out quite right. The coconut rice refused to cook within the time I gave it so it was dished out Al dente. The cod was rubbery and the veggies were mushy [...]
